For starters, Erick was the rep who took my call and set my appointment. He was friendly and professional. Erick answered all my question without any hesitation. Today, I had the pleasure of working with two technicians, one is Michael and (I am ashamed to admit I cannot remember the name of the other gentleman) for a dryer vent cleaning, and I couldn't be more impressed! As a tradesman I'm pretty picky on who I hire to do work at my house. I run my own plumbing company that's also highly rated so seeing a perfect 5.0 rating online tells me they excel at customer service, work quality, and overall value. I don't expect the cheapest price but I know when companies are price gouging too. I also like that they send free online quotes without obligation. I reached out, got a quote based on the information I provided and scheduled the work for the next day. Eric came out and went over the process and did a quick walkthrough, pointed some things out, and got to work. He worked diligently and was thorough in cleaning every duct. Wonderful service! I booked the air duct and dryer cleaning because I wanted to do something nice for my mom, especially since we have an X-Large dog that never stops shedding. Taking the time to explain to me, in detail, all that would be done in a kind, patient, and professional manner was the beginning of a great experience with Pronto. Michael and Ever provided great service for my property's initial air duct cleaning. After just purchasing our home, we weren't sure what condition the ducts were in since the previous owners had pets but Michael was very thorough with the inspection and the cleaning process to ensure our house was cleared out. The photos they provided afterwards in the report gave me peace of mind that they were actually photos from our house showing all the bugs and debris had been removed. They also cleaned all of the vent covers well and kept the rest of the house tidy as they worked through each room. I noticed a lot of build up in my air duct system and needed to have it cleaned. Max was thorough and very informative from start to finish. The real time pics and videos of the before and after were very appreciated. I got to see first-had why the air scrubber we purchased wasn't operating fully and why my wife still had bad allergies in our home. Just because your house is new and may seem clean, remember your air ducts should be service once every 3-5 years old or new home. He also helped fix a potential fire hazard with our laundry tubing and cleaned that as well. Pronto Air Duct Cleaning did an amazing job of cleaning our ducts. They walked me through the process of the cleaning procedure. They were very thorough with the cleaning. I do not believe that the air ducts were ever cleaned since this house was built. I am wondering how the previous owners could breathe with all the crap that was in the air ducts. Then, I remember they were not that neat of a couple. What really impressed me was when they arrived on time, the overall price of the cleaning and how fresh the house smelled after it was completed. Eric responded to my inquiry immediately and asked a few appropriate preliminary questions so he knew what to expect before coming blindly which I appreciated. He came the same day I called and was within the time frame he provided which I also appreciate as we know sometimes not all servicers stand on their timelines. After he assessed the issue (which he confirmed birds found entry into one of my vents connected to the microwave) he showed me pictures and was able to address/resolve the same day which alleviated my anxiety. Very professional from the time he stepped out of the truck and continued though out the entire process. They stopped several times to show me pictures and if I had any questions. My ducts were cleaned thoroughly and my home was respected during the process. Tools and hoses were neatly kept and routed through the house room by room. Lastly the communication was top notch from personally calling me back for the scheduling and text messages with confimations of booking to the texted picture of before and afters of the majority of the duct. We were thrilled with Pronto's professionalism and service of our dryer vent. This is an annual service necessary for our condo association and the first time we used Pronto. Even though this is supposed to be an annual service we only purchased the condo last year and this is our first time using Pronto. It did not look like the previous owners had ever had this done. Pronto realized we needed new venting and it was not easy to access as the vent is one level up from the first floor. This company was on time, professional and great to work with. These guys did great work, I had a good experience from start to finish. The initial phone contact was good, I left them a voicemail and they got right back to me. Talked as long as I needed, I felt like I knew what would happen. Two emails and two texts before arriving at my house exactly on time, for me that’s the right amount of communication. Two employees to do the work, introduced themselves (which frankly is a dying art, had another contractor/diff company let himself into my backyard without so much as knocking on my door). Great communication with the guys on the ground, you can tell they do careful work, I see they work as a team. When cleaning my outdoor units one was holding the top while the other was spraying, took their time. Still though, finished right on time at four hours, and ‘up front pricing’ was right, no issues when it was time to cut the check. Great experience and can recommend. ~ April S

Needed to have duct cleaning service performed. Met with Erick of Pronto Duct Cleaning Services and received excellent services. From the start, the appointment was confirmed with follow up notices of expected arrival. Pronto arrived as promised, they went over the service and timeframe. I reached out to Pronto to have my air ducts cleaned in our recently purchased house since our entire family was suffering from dust related allergies. Michael arrived at the scheduled time and clearly explained what work would be performed. He didn’t immediately try to upsell me to purchase ridiculously expensive things my system didn’t need like another ProCleaning duct company in the area. I called around to a few places for a quote for dryer vent cleaning and Pronto had the best price. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they were able to come out within a day. Erick A. arrived during the early part of our appointment window, was diligent about wearing shoe covers and being respectful of our home, and thoroughly explained everything that he did as a part of the appointment. We realized that our dryer vented to a different location than originally thought, requiring some extra effort and slightly increasing the cost from what was originally quoted. The new price was still significantly lower than what other companies had quoted! Erick sent pictures of before and after the cleaning and made recommendations without coming off as a pushy salesman, making it clear there was no obligation to move forward with any suggestions outside of the contracted service. I was very pleased with the annual dryer vent cleaning performed by the two-man team from Pronto Air Duct Cleaning. Prior to the scheduled appointment time, I received notice that they were on their way. They performed a thorough cleaning of the dryer vent, inside and outside, in addition to cleaning deep inside the lint trap area. The cost was reasonable. I needed by dryer vent cleaned quickly since it was taking almost 2 hours to clean a load of clothes. Pronto was responsive and scheduled an appointment within a day or so. Erick was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He cleaned our dryer vent (removing a dead bird in the process), installed a bird guard, and identified and corrected some venting that was not up to code. I had an air duct cleaning service done by Max on the whole house. This hadn’t been done for a while at the house and so it took a deep cleaning to get it done. The difference made in the vents is amazing. Moreover, Max was readily available very soon after I called and was able to accommodate my schedule.
