As a tradesman I'm pretty picky on who I hire to do work at my house. I run my own plumbing company that's also highly rated so seeing a perfect 5.0 rating online tells me they excel at customer service, work quality, and overall value. I don't expect the cheapest price but I know when companies are price gouging too. I also like that they send free online quotes without obligation. I reached out, got a quote based on the information I provided and scheduled the work for the next day. Eric came out and went over the process and did a quick walkthrough, pointed some things out, and got to work. He worked diligently and was thorough in cleaning every duct. It took about 4 hours to do my house but he was focused and got it done without any issues. ~ Jon D

The Pronto Air Duct Cleaning team was absolutely professional, and I plan to use them again for ongoing air duct and dryer vent cleaning. They really know what they're doing. They take pictures of everything, and provide before and after reports. They even discovered some sloppy vent and duct work from before (i.e. there was an air gap in our dryer vent from the dryer vent to the roof), and they were able to repair it, and build it in such a way that it would vent properly. They also repaired the transition vent between the dryer and the wall. Their prices are very reasonable, and they work very quickly. I'm super busy, and never take time to do these kind of ratings and reviews, so just the fact that I'm doing so tells you how much I really like this company. Eric and his partner Ever were absolute lifesavers! I had an issue with a tool getting stuck in my dryer vent, and they were able to come out the same day. Not only did they get the tool unstuck, but they also discovered that my vent was broken and my dryer had been venting straight into the attic — something I would’ve never known about. Wonderful service! I booked the air duct and dryer cleaning because I wanted to do something nice for my mom, especially since we have an X-Large dog that never stops shedding. Michael and Ever provided great service for my property's initial air duct cleaning. After just purchasing our home, we weren't sure what condition the ducts were in since the previous owners had pets but Michael was very thorough with the inspection and the cleaning process to ensure our house was cleared out. The photos they provided afterwards in the report gave me peace of mind that they were actually photos from our house showing all the bugs and debris had been removed. They also cleaned all of the vent covers well and kept the rest of the house tidy as they worked through each room. Very professional from the time he stepped out of the truck and continued though out the entire process. They stopped several times to show me pictures and if I had any questions. My ducts were cleaned thoroughly and my home was respected during the process. Tools and hoses were neatly kept and routed through the house room by room. Pronto Air Duct Cleaning did an amazing job of cleaning our ducts. They walked me through the process of the cleaning procedure. They were very thorough with the cleaning. I do not believe that the air ducts were ever cleaned since this house was built. I am wondering how the previous owners could breathe with all the crap that was in the air ducts. Then, I remember they were not that neat of a couple. What really impressed me was when they arrived on time, the overall price of the cleaning and how fresh the house smelled after it was completed. I noticed a lot of build up in my air duct system and needed to have it cleaned. Max was thorough and very informative from start to finish. The real time pics and videos of the before and after were very appreciated. I got to see first-had why the air scrubber we purchased wasn't operating fully and why my wife still had bad allergies in our home. Just because your house is new and may seem clean, remember your air ducts should be service once every 3-5 years old or new home. He also helped fix a potential fire hazard with our laundry tubing and cleaned that as well. These guys did great work, I had a good experience from start to finish. The initial phone contact was good, I left them a voicemail and they got right back to me. Talked as long as I needed, I felt like I knew what would happen. Two emails and two texts before arriving at my house exactly on time, for me that’s the right amount of communication. Two employees to do the work, introduced themselves (which frankly is a dying art, had another contractor/diff company let himself into my backyard without so much as knocking on my door). Great communication with the guys on the ground, you can tell they do careful work, I see they work as a team. When cleaning my outdoor units one was holding the top while the other was spraying, took their time. We were thrilled with Pronto's professionalism and service of our dryer vent. This is an annual service necessary for our condo association and the first time we used Pronto. Even though this is supposed to be an annual service we only purchased the condo last year and this is our first time using Pronto. It did not look like the previous owners had ever had this done. Pronto realized we needed new venting and it was not easy to access as the vent is one level up from the first floor. This company was on time, professional and great to work with.
